One day and Eight Day Clocks

As a rule, one day clocks need winding about once a day. Though some may require twice a day windings depending on how high they are hung.

Eight day clocks requiring winding about once a week, though like the one day clocks, they may need winding more frequently.

Refund Policy:

All merchandise, except for special order items, may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the full price minus a 15% charge to cover our cost of shipping. This charge will not apply if shipping charges were charged in which case the full purchase price minus any shipping charge will be refunded.

Items marked as Special Order such as the Altobel Antonio clocks and some of the cuckoo clocks are not returnable. They do carry a one or two year warranty which covering the parts and labor of the repair of the clock if it is broken on arrival or breaks under normal wear and care.

A full refund will be granted for sales canceled because of the item being out of stock.

Unless requested otherwise, products will either be shipped UPS or FEDEX ground. In most cases, items will be drop shipped from us (Clockstop) or our vendor within 2 days of purchase. Weekends and holidays always add a wrinkle to the timing. Out of stock items will naturally take longer.

In all cases, the shipment will be insured for the full cost of the item.

Out of Stock

Clocks which are ordered and are either out of stock or special order may take 12 weeks to ship. In rare cases, they may take longer. Unless other arrangements are made prior to ordering the clock, the funds for the clock will be collected in full at the time of the purchase.

Sometime the internet moves faster than the website and a clock which is marked available is out of stock. On these occasions, p[lease except our apologies and rest assured, we will do every thing in our power to offer you a similar value or better clock.

Special Order Clocks

Warranties

All Items except the Christmas Ornaments are covered by either a one or two year warranty. The warranty is specified on the detail page for each clock.

Christmas ornaments, by the nature of the item, do not have a warranty. We do promise to replace any Christmas Ornament which arrives broken or scratched.

Split Shipments

Orders of multiple items may ship from different locations. Christmas ornaments will be shipped USPS Parcel Post unless other shipping is designated. We reserve the right to choose the shipper.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy! Any information collected on our web site will be used strictly for the purpose of completing your purchase or fulfilling your other requests of us. It will never be sold and will only be given to third parties when needed to serve you.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for the purpose of maintaining your shopping cart. Without them, we would not be able to associate the items you are purchasing to your requests. The use of any cookie used will have a limited life in which it is used.

Email Address

We have three areas where we ask for your email address.

1. Clock Purchases. This will be used for sending you your receipt and corresponding with you about your purchase.
2. Guest book. Your email address is not published. It may be used to respond to individual questions, sometime it is forwarded on to a third party so they can answer your query directly.
3. Professional Registry. Your email will be published on our site. We assume this is what you want, otherwise you wouldn't be making the entry in our registry. If you would like your email address removed, just ask.

Address and other information

We treat your name and address and other personal information with the same care as we do your email address.
