7 1/4 inch, Nixie The Nixie Neon clock is a unique Nixie Clock in that it does not use a PIC or similar processor to operate it. It is built using neon tubes configured as a ring counter. There are 60 neon bulbs in all used to count the 60 cycle wall current down to make a twelve hour clock. The minutes are displayed by the 2 Nixie
Tube digits while the hour is displayed by the 12 neon bulbs encircling the Nixie Tubes.
This clock needs assembly. All parts including AC Adapter and plexiglass covers shown in the picture are included.
Once assebled, the clock measures 7 1/4" square and 2 1/2" deep.The clock can stand on it's own as it is, or it is ready for you to put it in the case of your desire!
